Shêto-qaha Bî (/ˈʃɘto/ /ˈqaha/ [strong; tough; robust] [bruise]) is a subtropical Town located in the Vyirukrtmakha Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Shêto-qaha Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Shêto-qaha Bî was founded by Grèbêv Dyêm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Shêto-qaha Bî has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Overview

Shêto-qaha Bî was founded durring the early 11th century, by Grèbêv Dyêm. The establishment of Shêto-qaha Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Shêto-qaha Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Shêto-qaha Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shêto-qaha Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Shêto-qaha Bî is buildings are arranged arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Shêto-qaha Bî's cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Shêto-qaha Bî gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Shêto-qaha Bî brings to mind.

The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
